Who we are

What we collect

We collect only the information needed to respond to your requests and operate the site:

• Contact form: name, email, and your message
• Attribution context on lead forms: UTM parameters (first- and last-touch), referrer, landing page, gclid (if present), and first-seen time
• Visibility kit: email and optional first name
• Proposal acceptance: signer’s name, email, proposal identifier/version, acceptance statement, and server timestamp

How we use it

We use contact details to reply to your inquiry and follow up on conversations you initiate. If you request the printable visibility kit on the 2026 visibility report page, we email you the links and may add your address to our Resend audience for occasional visibility resources. You can unsubscribe through Resend or by replying to any email. Proposal acceptance details are used to document acceptance and prepare the applicable Stripe invoice; no payment is collected on the acceptance page.

We use these services to operate the site and send email:

• Email delivery: Resend
• Scheduling: Cal.com
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (uses cookies)
• Hosting: Vercel
• Local storage: used by the checklist to save progress in your browser only; attribution snapshots (UTM/referrer/landing/gclid) are stored in your browser to carry source context to forms; and the visibility kit’s unlocked state is saved on your device so you don’t have to re-enter your email

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website traffic — such as pages visited, referral sources, and general device type. We use analytics to improve the site, not to identify individual visitors for unrelated marketing.

Local storage

Some tools on this site — including the checklist — save your progress in your browser’s local storage. That data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Third-party links

Our site links to third-party services such as scheduling and professional profiles. Those services have their own privacy policies. Review them before submitting information on those platforms.

Data retention

We retain correspondence as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable business record. You may request deletion of your inquiry data by emailing rick@deeperwebsites.com. We will delete messages unless we are required to retain them for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
