Privacy policy
Effective 2026-07-03. This policy describes how Deeper (https://deeperwebsites.com) handles information.
Who we are
Deeper is operated by Rick Julian. For privacy questions, contact rjulian@qvbrands.com.
Visibility report kit
If you request the printable visibility kit on the 2026 visibility report page, we collect your email address and optional first name to send links to the report, checklist, readiness score, and PDF download. When configured, your email is also added to our Resend audience list for occasional visibility resources. You can unsubscribe through Resend or by replying to any email. We use that information to deliver the kit and follow up only if you initiate a conversation.
Contact form data
When you submit the website contact form, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content
Submissions are sent to our team by email so we can respond to your inquiry. We use this information only to reply and to follow up on practice website conversations you initiate. We do not sell contact form data.
Proposal acceptance data
When a prospective client accepts a Deeper Websites proposal, we collect the signer’s name, email address, proposal identifier, acceptance statement, and server timestamp. We use this information to document acceptance, prepare the applicable Stripe invoice, and maintain a reasonable business record. No payment information is collected on the proposal acceptance page.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic — such as pages visited, referral sources, and general device type. Google may process visitor data according to its own policies. We use analytics to improve the site, not to identify individual visitors for unrelated marketing.
AI Website Readiness Score
When you use the free AI Website Readiness Score, we scan the homepage URL you submit and store the results on our servers (Supabase) so you can view, share, and unlock your report. We record the URL scanned, score, findings, optional email address if you unlock the full report, a hashed version of your IP address for rate limiting, and basic request metadata (such as browser user agent). Scan analytics events are also stored in our database as the source of truth for funnel reporting, in addition to aggregate Google Analytics events.
If you unlock the full report, we store your email with the scan record. We use it to associate you with your report and may add you to our email list for visibility resources when configured — the same approach as the visibility kit above. You can unsubscribe through Resend or by replying to any email.
Local storage
Some tools on this site — including the checklist and 10-question self-assessment score — save your progress in your browser’s local storage. That data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. The automated website scan tool is different: scan results are stored on our servers as described above.
Third-party links
Our site links to third-party services such as scheduling and professional profiles. Those services have their own privacy policies. Review them before submitting information on those platforms.
Data retention
We retain contact form correspondence as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable business record. Website scan records are retained to support report sharing, product analytics, and follow-up you initiate. You may request deletion of your inquiry or scan data by emailing rjulian@qvbrands.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
